How To Use Our Herbs In Recipes
Add Herb’d (though it can be used as a marinate, I use it as a condiment, or finisher so as to enjoy the full flavor of the fresh herbs).
Here are various food items that you can

- Pasta
- Quinoa
- Sandwiches
- Shrimp
- Scallops
- Lobster (add the oil to your melted butter, some smoke paprika and cayenne)
- Salmon
- Mahi Mahi (or any white fish)
- Chicken
- Steaks (flank, T-bone, New York strip etc)
- Pork Chops
- Carrot
- Potatoes
- Zucchini
- Squash
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Brussel Sprouts (option with bacon) and the list goes on …
HERB'D MIXED BEANS
Comforting Marinated Mixed Beans and Herb’d: Rinse and Drain some cans of mixed beans (such as navy, black-eyed, peas, chick peas, pinto etc).
Sauté some shallots. Add salt and pepper, a splash of white wine vinegar, add a spoonful of Herb’d oil (or more).
Toss gently to combine. Cover and chill. The longer it sits the better it is. Enjoy with some charred bread or as a side.
HERB’D POTATO SALAD
Herb’d Potato Salad: Boil your cubed potatoes in sea salt water that fully covers the spuds.
Drain and allow to cool. Add Herb’d, Dijon mustard, a splash of red wine vinegar and spoonful of Herb’d oil or more.
Add salt, black pepper, according to your taste.
HERB’D BRUSCHETTA
Herb’d Bruschetta: Dice your favorite tomatoes (I love to use cherry tomatoes) – slice in half and use my finger to deseed them.
Dress your tomatoes with a spoonful of Herb’s (or more). Place on your grilled or toasted sliced baguette. Some people rub the bread with fresh garlic before garlic more garlickyness. But I find the oil is enough.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar (aged balsamic, if available)
